Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Asheville Tunnel Road

Beds and linens were so comfortable. The mattress was perfect combination of soft and supportive. Nice new, modem and clean hotel. Open lobby with tv and plenty of seating. Not really kitchen but it's where breakfast is served so you can use microwave and disposable dishes. Mini refrigerator in room. Liked the layout of the room. Great hot water and pressure for shower and bathtub. Love the hot tub and pool for adults and families. Also a gym open 24 hours. Convenient location for visiting Asheville or surrounding areas. Long and spacious room. Waffle House across the street. Well lit parking lot.

Nice, clean, quite place. The staff was great. Front desk customer service, "Daniel" was very helpful with questions and suggestions on places to eat, things to do. Would definitely stay here again. Great location. Close enough to visit attractions, dining and shopping ,but not in the middle of town. Uber was great to avoid parking downtown. A small indoor pool and gym was nice, the hot tub was a treat after walking most of the day.

This is a nice property. Location is good. Unfortunately there were some loud guests, but that was not the hotel's fault. We wanted to be on the top floor, but they could not accommodate that request. Highly recommend. The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. Thanks.

The breakfast is decent. The rooms and hotel are clean. Parking is easy. Navigation to destinations is not bad if you have Google Maps. The staff is friendly. The hotel is not elegant but very serviceable. The hotel is a good choice for business travel.

The room was clean, as was everything else that I encountered. The breakfast had a good variety of foods and was well stocked. The staff was friendly, very efficient, and professional. There was nothing that would deter me from recommending the hotel to anyone wanting an excellent hotel at a good price.
